I made Booking with Online hotel website and I received the email confirmation saying thank you very much for booking but apparently their is no booking and they don't send email to me, when I arrived to hotel they have no Hospitality thinking and how to handle a situation like that with I had email confirmation from hotel. They charge 70 USD per night but room conditions or service is not close to 15 USD per night. *cleannesses is very bad. *bathroom door cannot close because lock is broken *Very bad smell in the room and out side. *blanket on the bed looks like haven't clean for two days. I won't recommend this place to any person who is plan to visit SriLanka ,

I and my friend stayed at this place for 02 nights on March 2019. From the reception we were greeted with a friendly smile. We booked room 305 which was newly build. The room was spacious with clean. The staff was there to help us always, they would go out of the box to make your stay comfortable. I had breakfast which was good for the money you paid. I will visit this hotel again on my visits to Sri Lanka.

I Stayed at the property for 01 Night, Walking distance for the main road, the staff is helpful in getting you a taxi at any given time. The Room was Newly Build as i was told by the Manager, the service was good,and the staff was friendly. I will recommend the place for a Business Traveler.

Cockroaches and rooms that stink of cigarettes

I am very sorry to say that we had rather disappointing experience. When we arrived the hotel had no idea of our reservation which we booked through our credit card rewards program. After about 15 mins hassle and talking to the manager on the phone the brought us to a room upstairs only to make us wait another 15 mins in that room which was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Then they finally sorted the reservation and brought us to our room next door which was actually quite nice and clean, however again smelled of cigarettes!!! We stayed for two nights and the first Sunday night was very loud. There were loud music playing between 2 am and 5 am, voices and loud sounds of crashing doors in the hallways. And yes, we saw 3 cockroaches almost as big as a thumb. I wouldn't recommend staying there, bad value for money.

I was there for two nights from 5th April. The location of the hotel is very close to main market and good casino, dining places. The Marin drive is next to the hotel so it is peaceful and good for walk in evening. The rooms are newly built and there are spacious and bed is very comfortable and cherry on top is the staff. The General Manager Mr. Nester was very helpful and courteous and has deep knowledge of product and hospitality industry. The staff at reception is very helpful too.
